mumbai terror attacks 13/7
once again the ugly hydra head of terror shows up and we are caught napping. its easy to lament on the lost opportunity that we indians have been desperately trying to project to the world for us being an important cog in the wheel of world demographics. Lets face the truth. do we have the political will to fight this rut that we find our selves, i would say no, look at the squabbling amongst the political parties, the name calling, and for once its not the right wing fundamentlists, but an ever eager appeaser, one who can stoop to any level to appease his bosses. I have been an advocate of the line, terror knows no religion, Terror, was, is and will remain a potent weapon for humans to advance their agenda, its presence can be seen in every human race, some curb it some nurture it, but its there every where, just look around. we may form human chains, try to gain strength from each others pain and bonding, Good, thats the first step but by no means are they going to solve the problems that we are facing us. we have to let go the bias and try to understand the purpose why we are here.
we have to understand what is possible and what is not. primarily we want to lead a peacefull, happy lives, dont we, but there are agendas of not our making which can lead us to confrontational attitudes, be it cultural, be it religious..........
can we fight this!
